Women are never too young to learn about healthy bladder habits. Bladder leakage can be such an embarrassing and limiting situation for women of all ages.

We sneeze or cough and oops, there goes the bladder!

If you have bladder leakage, even light leakage, you are not alone and there are things we can do to help ourselves to prevent this from happening.

Here are some tips to help keep our bladders happy and healthy.

Do pilates to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. According to Studio Pilates article What is a Kegel, "the benefit of Pilates is that you actually have to hold your pelvic floor tight the whole time whilst performing body-transforming workouts."

Watch what you eat as the more weight we carry, the more weight presses on the bladder, resulting in a higher risk of bladder leakage. So keep a healthy weight for a healthy bladder. Health Source
