Ironically, relaxation and stress management are areas we are often too busy to address. Ten minutes and a YouTube video is all it takes to create a space in your day that is pure relaxation.

Autogenic training uses auto-suggestion to create feelings of warmth and heaviness in the body, and the result is absolute magic. This ten minute video by digitalchill.co.uk is a great starting point for experiencing the benefits of autogenic training.

Allow yourself a mere ten minutes a day for self-care, lie down where you won't be disturbed, get comfortable, and enjoy the ride. Chances are, you'll be hooked!
