Lightly seasoned and simply cooked, this steamed balsamic tuna and spinach salad is ready to eat in 10 minutes. Better than slaving over a hot stove, which is what you might be doing the rest of the festive season...

Makes: 1 adult serving
Ingredients
1 tuna fillet
Half an avocado
Head of fresh spinach
Sprig of rosemary
Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Half teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
Place the tuna in a sieve with the seasoning and place on top of a

Season the spinach and add the oil.
Remove the tuna from the sieve.
Add the tuna to the plate of spinach and add the avocado.
Add the balsamic vinegar.
