How to enjoy
Simply as is for a quick snack.
Mixed into cakes, biscuits and slices as a sugar or sweetener alternative.
Blended frozen into a rich smoothie or milkshake.
Sliced over porridge or cereal with a handful of crushed nuts.
Drizzled with peanut or almond butter for a protein and energy hit.
Baked gently and served with ice cream or custard for an indulgent dessert.
