Excellent source of vitamin K, strengthening bones.
Excellent source of vitamin C, boosting the immune-system.
Good source of folate, a vital nutrient during pregnancy.
Good source of manganese, helping fat and carbohydrate metabolism.
Low in calories, making a healthy addition to any diet and aiding weight management.

How to enjoy
Tossed with garlic and oil and roasted.
Mixed with lime, chilli, maple syrup and stir-fried.
Enjoyed raw, shaved into a veggie salad.
Added to pasta, barley and rice dishes.
Blended into a creamy vegetable soup.
Sprinkled over a homemade pizza.

To store, keep unwashed and untrimmed in an airtight container for up to four days. And to avoid the smelly odour when eating, be sure not to overcook!
