Health benefits
Rich source of vitamin A, improving eye and skin health.
Rich source of beta-carotene, slowing down the aging of cells.
Good source of vitamin C, stimulating the immune system.
Good source of fibre, reducing cholesterol levels in the body.

How to enjoy
Chopped or blended into soups, curries and stews.
Mixed into fresh fruit and/or vegetable juices.
Added to salads, sandwiches, wraps or sushi.
Eaten raw with hummus, dip or peanut butter for a nutritious on-the-go snack.
Enjoyed in a delicious carrot cake or sweet muffins or slices.
Sliced to size and roasted with other mixed veg for healthy wedges or chips.

Carrots are best kept in the fridge in a sealed plastic bag, then thoroughly washed or peeled before use.
