Cauliflower: A complete guide

We're often told to avoid white foods - white rice, white bread, white pasta and white sugar, for example - as they are known to be more processed and less healthful than their natural counterparts.

Cauliflower is a stand out exception to this rule however, and like its cruciferous companions broccoli and cabbage, is immensely nutritious.

Rich source of folate, supporting nervous system function.
Good source of choline, vital for brain health and development.

Add to veggie curries, soups and stews.
Blitz fine in a blender to make a healthy 'rice' or couscous alternative.
Blitz fine in a blender to make a sweet or savoury 'pizza base'.
Oven roast as a 'steak'.
Mix into cake, brownie and muffin batters for a tasty, crumbly texture.
