With its
sweet, spicy, aromatic embrace, cinnamon tea certainly isn't an
unattractive addition to your diet, but is it a
worthy one?

As
commercially made cinnamon teas may be highly processed or have sugars/additives thrown in, why not make yourself a nourishing
home-made mug?
To
brew:
Place a stick of cinnamon (broken into large pieces) in a cup of hot water, and leave to steep for 10-15 mins. You can also add a tea bag or lemon/orange slice if desired.
Remove the cinnamon bark (and any additions) and drink warm or leave to cool.
Avoid adding milk if possible as this diminishes the antioxidant value.
