Five minute golden latte

This five minute golden latte is a cozy hot drink thatís caffeine-free, healthy and super delicious. It also has a lot of great health benefits.

Turmeric is a really great thing to have on hand, to use it meals, take as a supplement or add to this cozy drink.

In the West we are just fully realising the health benefits of turmeric for our body.

- high in antioxidants
- may help prevent cancer
- may help with the symptoms of arthritis
- may help prevent depression

Ingredients

250ml of almond milk (or any other milk you like)
Pinch of fresh grounded black pepper
2g of fresh turmeric, peeled
3g of fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon or 2g of cinnamon stick

Making this golden milk is super easy. Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is combined.
Because I added fresh turmeric, the color of the latte is not so bright, but I used whole ingredients.So thatís fine with me.



Pour the latte into a small pot and warm it up. When itís warm enough, pour it into a glass and enjoy.



Be sure to use a straw when you drink this turmeric latte because it can stain your teeth. You can add more or less of each ingredient, to make it how you like it.
Donít leave out the pepper because it will help you benefit from all of the turmeric goodness.
