Looking for a sweet treat over the summer break that complements your New Year health goals? Why not try freezing grapes or your favourite fruit for a nutritious, simple, and super refreshing alternative?

Minutes 30 mins (minimum)

Ingredients
Bunch grapes (or 1 cup of your preferred fruit)

Method
Wash grapes well in a colander and pat dry.

Spread across a lined baking tray or flat plate and freeze for at least half an hour.

Enjoy straight from the freezer by themselves, with a platter, in a smoothie, or wherever else you desire!
