Drink up for clear skin

Regardless as to whether your acne is quite cystic around the face and neck area, or the odd pimples occur either due to stress, hormones, that time of the month, or due to something you ate or drank; the good news is that acne can be healed without the need for pharmaceuticals. These are some of the top ways to heal acne naturally. Follow all of these steps at once, and your face and skin will clear up, or you might receive the odd pimple that is hardly visible. It's a great feeling.

1. Natural medicine

Taking a couple of hair, skin and nails supplements once a day are quite good in treating acne, while for many acne sufferers, taking Vilantae has been a godsend. The manufacturers of Vilantae believe that acne is caused by excess skin oil.

2. Wash your Face twice a day

Cleansing, toning and moisturising your face with quality skin care products is great at clearing acne. A gentle scrub is all it takes, and your face is left feeling rejuvenated.

3. Other Considerations

Fresh, wholesome foods help fight acne.

Under any circumstances, it is advisable to not touch your face due to spreading bacteria. This will only bring on acne and make it worse. It is also important to maintain some quality shut eye/sleep, and ensure your sheets get changed at least once a fortnight to keep them clean. Diet also plays an important role. Avoid sugar like the plague if at all possible. A little bit of sugar is okay to curb any sweet cravings, yet not in excess. Fresh fruit and vegetables is a given, as well as drinking at least 2-3 litres of water a day to flush out those toxins.

If you have any other suggestions to clear acne, please share. Some people have successfully cured acne by using organic toothpaste on the affected areas, while others have used bi-carbonate soda. Sometimes it all involves trying a few different natural remedies to stick with one that works. It is awesome to enjoy clear skin.
