It's that magical time of year where our thoughts are turning to Christmas parties, lunches, dinners and every other opportunity to drink,eat and be merry. Unfortunately what lurks in the background is the guilt of knowing that these overindulgences will result in an expanded waistline.

Chocolate Covered Katie is nirvana to candy-a-holics. This clever lady has somehow managed to take all of those naughty treats we love, such as peanut butter cups, brownies and chocolate fudge and turn them into something you can have every day- in fact I recommend multiple times a day.

I am no Nigella in the kitchen but with these easy peasy recipes I managed to make something that closely resembled the original photo and tasted sensational. It is really hard to believe that these treats are made from healthy things.
