Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, they are a fabulous alternative to store bought ice blocks and ice cream.
Time: 5 minutes Makes: 6 popsicles
2 medium size mangoes
1 tablespoon natural or Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
Blend the flesh from the mangoes until smooth.
Add the yoghurt and honey and quick a quick blend to mix.
Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.
It's as simple as that!
You can increase or decrease the amount of yoghurt to achieve your preferred level of creaminess.
Popsicle moulds can usually be purchased at your local discount store; failing that, you can always pour the mix into ice cube trays to make little mango suckers!
