If you're looking for a healthy and refreshing cold treat for yourself or the kids - look no further! These homemade popsicles are so easy to make, and can be kept in the freezer for a convenient and healthy snack option. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, they are a fabulous alternative to store bought ice blocks and ice cream.

It's as simple as that!

You can increase or decrease the amount of yoghurt to achieve your preferred level of creaminess.

Popsicle moulds can usually be purchased at your local discount store; failing that, you can always pour the mix into ice cube trays to make little mango suckers!
