This effective combination leaves my skin feeling cool, hydrated, smooth and refreshed.

This scrub is particularly effective when used on the face due to the ingredients:
sugar - is a natural exfoliant
honey locks moisture into your skin
lemon - acts as an astringent tightening pores and evening out skin tone
olive oil - is known for its anti-aging properties as well as being high in vitamin E.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes: ˝ small jar

Ingredients
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
˝ cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
˝ lemon (juice and zest)

You will need
1 spoon
1 small bowl
1 airtight jar

Method
Mix together the oil and sugar. Four tablespoons produces a slightly runny consistency which works well when applied to the face. Use 2 tablespoons if you prefer a thicker texture.

Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and honey. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into your jar.
Give it a good stir before each use.

Store in a cool dry place.
