We love kale! It is a bitter green so some of you may have tried it once or twice, not enjoyed it and dropped it from your diet. It is worth reconsidering as there are so many reasons to eat kale.

Throw it in smoothies, juice it, roast it, steam it, add it to soups, casseroles and stir-fries; kale can be chewy and bitter so a little tip is to chop it very finely so that it blends into whatever dish you're adding it to.

To help you get back on the kale bandwagon, here's a recap of some of our most popular and tasty kale recipes.

I love kale - I add to stuff like I would use baby spinach. Hoping to start growing some in my garden as it's a little bit pricey.
