Lingering over a warm cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Dress yourself in layers of warm clothing, or snuggle up with a thick blanket at home.

Indulge in a luxurious soak in the bath. Add epsom salts to encourage muscle relaxation.

Organise a picnic with friends, or celebrate a holiday with a street party.

Find a comfy spot in your favourite armchair and read a good book in silence.
