This tall glass of deliciousness was discovered entirely by accident when I was just trying to use up my left over fresh produce at the end of the week. It's easy, refreshing, full of antioxidants, and incredibly good for you.
1/2 a small cucumber
1/4 of a lemon (seeds removed)
1/2 stick of celery
1/2 or 1 kiwi fruit
1/4 of an avocado
1 cup water
In hindsight, a touch of ginger would top it off beautifully!
Simply add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth.
