Immune booster citrus smoothie

This tall glass of deliciousness was discovered entirely by accident when I was just trying to use up my left over fresh produce at the end of the week. It's easy, refreshing, full of antioxidants, and incredibly good for you.



citrus smoothie, immune smoothie, immune booster smoothie, fruit smoothie, smoothie recipes, vegan smoothie


Ingredients
1/2 a small cucumber
1 orange
1/4 of a lemon (seeds removed)
1/2 stick of celery
1/2 or 1 kiwi fruit
1/4 of an avocado
1 cup water

In hindsight, a touch of ginger would top it off beautifully!

Method
Simply add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth.
