Putting aside the fact that this book contains far too many photos of Gwyneth that have either a tenuous link, or nothing at all to do with food, It's All Good is a healthy recipe book that's worth it's weight in gold.

Created with New York food writer and producer Julia Turshen, the recipe book contains an informative introduction, weekly suggestion menus for detox, families and vegans, and a pantry essentials section. The content categories are standard from breakfast to mains, soups and salads, drinks, sweets and a kid's menu.

The book is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores - Paltrow states it is "for anyone out there who struggles with finding truly delicious food to feed their family when health issues need to be addressed."

The recipes are exciting and there are none that are overly difficult from a technical perspective. When I first made and tasted the Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas with Mustard and Parsley I thought I'd died and gone to foodie heaven; it uses a combination of ingredients and flavors that I would never have thought of and it works divinely - not that I'm a master chef, but I consider myself to be very creative in the kitchen.

It's All Good is a gem of innovation and takes culinary creativity to a whole new level. It succeeds in taking healthy foods and turning them into incredibly delicious and nutritious meals. Healthy Hints recommends this book for everyone, especially those who recognise the importance of a healthy, balanced diet but don't know where to start.
