Kale is currently lauded as one of the most nutritious plant foods on the planet, and thanks to its recent explosion in popularity, is now widely available year round.

Rich source of vitamin C, boosting the immune system.
Rich source of vitamin K, promoting healthy bones and proper blood clotting.
Good source of iron, vital for transporting oxygen around the body.
Low in calories, great for weight management.

How to enjoy
Add to salads, sandwiches, burgers and wraps.
Toss with oil and garlic, or salt and vinegar, and roast to make kale crisps.
Blend a few leaves into a fruit or green smoothie.
Stir into soups and stews until dark green and wilted.
Mix into pasta salads and stir fries.

Choose bright, crisp leaves for the best produce.
