I recently returned from Abu Dhabi, where I sunbathed for hours on end in the 40 degree heat.
It was fantastic, but I was concerned about the quality of my skin after all of that tanning.
To combat wrinkles, lines, and ultimately, dry skin, I whipped up a skin-saving solution, not to mention rehydrating my skin from the inside out with copious amounts of mineral water and coconut water.
Ingredients
1 drop of lemongrass essential oil
5 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tablespoons shea butter
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a jar/tub.
Apply this to your whole body, ideally before bed, and you will wake with hydrated, soft and supple skin. You'll smell lovely too, thanks to the lemongrass.
