The major causes of hair loss are nutritional deficiencies, stress, hormonal changes and occasionally medication like steroids.
Here are few simple techniques which may be implemented at home to control the menace of hair loss.
Neem (scientifically called Azadirachta indica) leaves are famous for their medicinal value and are very effective for hairs. Boil neem leaves in water until the water level becomes half of the original quantity. Let it cool and rinse your hair with this mixture at least twice a week. It gives nourishment to your hair and prevents hair loss.

Make a paste of honey, olive oil and cinnamon powder. It will give a soothing effect and will help controlling the hair drop.
Onion and Garlic are rich in sulphur content which increases the production of collagen and which in turn helps the hair to grow. Squeeze some juice from the grated onion, apply it on the scalp for 10-15 and leave it for 10-15 minutes and then rinse the hairs with a mild shampoo. Similarly crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and mix it with the coconut oil and apply it in the scalp. Repeat the above 2 activities once a week.
Massaging the scalp with coconut oil and applying it on the hair will help it grow stronger.
Hair fall is also related to an unhealthy lifestyle, eating junk food and not drinking enough water. Try out the techniques listed above to have a strong and full head of shiny, beautiful hair.
