The organic peach smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start the day. If fresh peaches aren't available you could always use tinned peaches - this will result in a sweeter smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 fresh organic peaches
1 small organic banana
1 cup organic milk (of your choice)
1 teaspoon organic honey
3 ice cubes
Method:
Cut the peaches into segments, taking care to remove the stones. There is no need to peel the skin off if you are using organic peaches. Non-organic peaches are on the

'The 10 Dirtiest Foods You're Eating' - you want to scrub those skins really well while you're washing them or remove them entirely if your peaches aren't organic.
Put peach segments into blender along with the banana (peeled and cut into segments also).
Add milk and then honey. Make sure to add the honey last so it won't stick to the blender cup as much.
Wizz in the blender for 1-2 minutes. This will help to break down the peach skins as much as possible (important if you prefer a smooth consistency).
Don't forget to give your blender a quick rinse before you hop off on your day, this will save you soaking and scrubbing time if you happen to forget or leave it for later.
