Pine lime mocktail
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup coconut milk, chilled
1 cup ice
4 strawberries or pineapple wedges to serve (optional)
Method
Blend pineapple and coconut milk for 2 minutes.
Scrape down the sides with a spoon and blend for another 3 minutes until smooth.

Blend until smooth
Add ice and lime juice and blend for 1 minute.

Add the lime
Serve immediately with a cut strawberry or pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
