Proteins are required for healthy, shining hair. Along with the dietary proteins, when protein directly reaches the roots of hair, the effect is quick and long lasting.

Take 1 egg yolk in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to it. Mix well. Massage this into your scalp. The excess can be rubbed onto hair. Leave it for twenty minutes and wash off with shampoo and conditioner. It is preferable to oil your hair before this treatment.
