What's the first thing you do when you get out of bed in the morning? Taking a mere five to ten minutes to do some simple stretching is a wonderful way to start the day and will bring many short and long term health benefits.

Five minutes of your time each morning is a very small ask for a big payoff, give it a go and take note of the positive changes that occur. Stretch the whole body from head to toe, and if you don't know any stretches take a yoga class or Google 'morning stretches'.
