Looking for a way to start your day on a positive, joyful and energetic note? You can wake your whole body up and feel good about life and yourself by integrating a morning dance party into your routine.

Throw off the bed covers, put your favourite tunes on the stereo and let loose. Start with a slower tempo number to warm the body up then pump up the jam! Both music and dance are considered valid forms of therapy, and steps on the journey to wellness. Give it a try and you'll no doubt find yourself in a very different and positive mindset as you go about your day.
