Take 2 cups dry fennel seeds and roast them on low heat in an oven or a non-stick pan.This will take about 10-15 minutes on very low heat till crispy. Once crispy rub between palms to remove sticks while it is still warm.Cool and place in an air tight container. Consume after meals for oral hygiene.
