Delicious homemade chocolate
5 minutes (plus time to set)
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or stevia)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate/cacao nibs or flavouring, optional
Mix the cacao and maple syrup before adding coconut oil
