Not only the fun of children, trampolining can have an array of health benefits for adults. It is one of the only sports that can exercise every cell in your body - even fingernails! Your heart rate increases and there is less impact on joints than with running, so you can have a workout while having fun at the same time.

Start gently for just a minute or two and work up to a longer workout so that your muscles have a chance to catch up. You may not feel it at the time, but the next day you will know about it if you've done too much too soon.
