Quick Tips for an Awesome Pregnancy and Birth (14)     
Call it what you like: preferences, wishes, goals - it's important to have a Plan A - often referred to as a Birth Plan.

Considerations:

1) What's your 'perfect birth'?

2) RESEARCH

3) What strategies will/won't help you achieve this?

4) Benefits, Risks, Alternatives, Intuition, Next (BRAIN) of all your options

5) Written clearly and concisely?

6) Care provider on board?

7) Support people on board?

8) Review



Plan
