Quick Tip #104: Healthy hair with honey

Honey is delicious to eat, but it is also a wonderful ingredient to use in beauty products. You can make lovely skin care products using ingredients made from bees, as well as quick and easy hair treatments.

Hair Moisturiser

Wet your hair and then massage honey all the way through. Let it soak for ten minutes and then rinse out before washing as normal.

Hair Rinse

For shiny sweet smelling hair, dilute 1 teaspoon honey with 1 litre water. Pour over your hair and do not rinse out.
