Quick Tip #112: Make your own body scrub

You can make your own body scrub by mixing together one tablespoon coconut oil with one tablespoon pink Himalayan sea salt. Add a teaspoon lemon oil for a revitalising fragrance.
Rub the mixture over your body and then allow it to wash off in the shower.
N.B. In hot weather, the scrub will melt, so keep it chilled in the fridge until ready to use.
