Moringa is a flowering tree native to parts of Africa and Asia.

Regarded as one of the most nutrient-dense plants in the world, moringa is a rich source of iron, magnesium, vitamin A, protein and fibre - an impressive list for a relatively unknown plant.

Moringa has a spinach-y taste, so incorporate this nutritional powerhouse into your diet by adding to salads or pastas, blended into juices or smoothies, or mixed into savoury breads or muffins.
