Rich in
fibre and omega-3 fats, and a good source of
protein, calcium and magnesium, chia is known to
improve skin health, boost energy levels and promote bone strength - among a range of other impressive health benefits.
Chia doesn’t really have a ‘taste’, but forms a
gel-like consistency when mixed with water. Add to
breakfasts or smoothies, mix into
savoury breads and other baked foods, or simply sprinkle over your
main meals.
