Among its wide ranging health and nutritional benefits, lucuma is a rich source of
vitamin B1 and B2 and provides a massive punch of
fibre, antioxidants, beta-carotene, iron, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus.

Lucuma has a
sweet, maple flavour and a
creamy texture, so is best mixed into
juices or smoothies, or used as a sugar/ sweetener alternative in
baked goods, desserts and ice cream.
