Quick Tips for an Awesome Pregnancy and Birth (14)     
As soon as you announce that you are pregnant everyone wants to share their stories with you.

For your own mental and emotional wellbeing it can be important to set boundaries around story telling and unsolicited advice.

It's okay to tell someone that you are not in the right space to hear their story or that you want constructive stories only.

And when the horror stories start it is exceptionally important to remember:

They are telling their story NOT yours!

Take in the positive and relevant and ditch the rest!
