Quick tip #12: home remedy for acidity

Sometimes, there is this acidic feeling when we get up in the morning. One simple concoction can relieve the symptoms quickly.

Take about 2 tbsp lemon juice. Grate some ginger and crush it to get the juice. Add 1/2 tsp ginger juice and less than a pinch asafoetida to the lemon juice and mix. Gulp it down on an empty stomach.
This is an instant remedy for acidity. However it should not be a replacement for medical advice.
