Today we pose to you one such question: where's your head at?

Ask yourself, do you live in the past, present or future? What moment do you consider to be the most important and/or influential? The one that has gone, the one that exists, or the one to come?

There's no right or wrong, no need to judge, but reflect on this and become mindful of how this impacts your day and being.
