Growing natural nails can be a slow and frustrating process. A few things can help to speed this up:

Keep your nails well manicured - regularly filing and shaping your nails encourages growth over time.
Maintain a healthy diet - nail health along with general health relies on eating a balanced diet. Protein and fresh fruit and vegetables are a must for healthy nails.
Consider a supplement such as silica
Most importantly - be patient. It takes time for nails to grow, but with the right care and attention they will grow.
