Looking for a quick and easy way to add more nutrition into your day?

Grated veggies must be just what you need.

At the start of each week, grate or shred whatever vegetables you have to hand, and add a handful to each meal you make.

Salads, wraps and sandwiches are obvious examples, but what about some carrot in your next cake, or some zucchini in your morning bowl of porridge?

It won't be enough to impact the flavour or texture of your dishes, but over a week, these extra veggies will really add up!
