Are you one to opt for a seedless watermelon?

Ironically, watermelon seeds have recently been garnering widespread attention for their health benefits and versatility.

High in fibre, magnesium, iron and protein, watermelon seeds are actually nutritionally superior to many other nuts and seeds.

To reap this goodness however, they do need to be sprouted and shelled, so isn't as simple as eating straight from the fruit.

To enjoy, simply grab a handful for an easy snack, or sprinkle over porridge, toast, salads, or in muffins and cakes.
