Did you know that simply wiggling, fidgeting and moving the body through out the day can help burn calories and keep you active?

Especially for those of us who are sat down for most of the day, see if you can incorporate some little physical movements into your routine when comprehensive stretches and exercise aren't possible.

Treading your feet up and down, shaking your torso and tapping your fingers are all examples of subtle and seemingly insignificant actions that can really add up over time.
