Be honest: how often do you change your pillow cases, bed sheets and face cloths?

If you find your skin is oily or prone to breakouts, have a look to see if you can wash these materials more often.

As a rough guide, bedding should ideally be changed each week, while face and body towels after every three uses. This of course varies depending on your skin type and lifestyle, but it is best to err on the side of caution.

By keeping these materials clean you give your face a better chance of staying clear, radiant and blemish-free.
