As health bodies increase the number of recommended serves of fruit and veg for us each day, hitting these targets can sometimes feel almost impossible.

A way to make this easier for yourself and your family is to find the methods of preparing or cooking these foods that suit you best.

For example, some may prefer the quick efficiency of stir frying their vegetables, while others may favour leaving fruit or veg to roast while they tackle other things.

When you simplify the preparation and cooking elements, you only need focus on consuming more of the good stuff!
