Whether you choose to
meditate or
journal,
pray or
read something inspiring, dedicate time in your day to
connect back to your being at its core.
First thing in the
morning is a great time to do this and it needn't take long. Even
5-10 minutes each day will cultivate feelings of
contentment and
peace when made a habit.
