Jim Rohn famously said, "you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with", and we all know first-hand how the people we surround ourselves with can impact our lives - both good and bad.

It can therefore be worth taking a moment to think about any toxic relationships you may be holding on to, and deciding to let them go if they no longer serve you.
This is easier said then done, of course, but if people in your life are causing you to come to significant mental or physical harm, it can be a wise decision in the long run.
