If you had to answer honestly, how often do you jump straight into a meal, either while on the go, or the second after you sit down?

It's something most of us are guilty of - and sometimes with good reason - but it isn't the healthiest or most enjoyable way to consume our food.

Dare yourself, next time you go to eat, to take three deep breaths before tucking in. It is surprisingly hard for some of us, but gives your body and brain a moment to become present and prepare itself for the tasty and nutritious meal ahead.
