Be sure to include in your routine a vigorous dry skin brushing, a weekly body scrub, and a light moisturiser where required. Avoid chemical-overload and keep your products as natural as possible - or make your own.

Stay hydrated and eat seasonally, ensuring your diet is light, fresh and full of whole foods.

Remember, skin is best kept healthy from the inside out.
