Quick Tip #156: Coffee ain't all bad!
Editor in Chief of
We constantly hear of the dangers of caffeine and all the reasons we should stop drinking coffee, but for coffee lovers the news isn't all bad. Some of the benefits of coffee include:
high in antioxidants
contains magnesium, potassium and some B vitamins
improves focus, memory, energy and concentration
it may (studies aren't wholly conclusive) improve metabolism, help the body burn fat, and aid in the prevention of developing diabetes and Alzeimer's.
Remember that coffee is a stimulant, and to reap the benefits it should be taken in moderation and without the milk, cream and sugar.
