One of the common health problems seen today is that of passing wind, due to certain gastric disorders and disturbances. We may treat the gastric problem by following these simple steps.

Chewing roasted carom (ajwain) seeds helps to reduce stomach ache and gastric problems.



Consume 3-4 raw garlic cloves either alone or mixed with a vegetable.

Chewing fennel seeds, or consuming a small amount of fresh ginger juice with some fennel seeds and asafetida is very useful in curing indigestion.
